Mina Lee is the founder of YogaOne Studio in Abu Dhabi and a senior yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in teaching, mentoring, and leading teacher trainings. She leads both 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training programs, as well as specialized trainings in Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Her teaching integrates classical yoga philosophy, functional anatomy, fascia science, and the energetic principles of TCM.
Mina is particularly known for guiding teachers to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond physical practice — exploring the relationship between stillness, breath, connective tissue health, and the subtle energy body.
Through her teacher trainings and mentorship, Mina has supported many teachers in developing not only technical skills but also clarity, sensitivity, and a grounded teaching presence. Her work often bridges yoga with the holistic and preventive medical perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine, emphasizing balance, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
Through YogaOne, she continues to cultivate a learning environment where practice, study, and community come together to support both personal transformation and professional development.
TCM Anatomy & Five Elements – Qi Gong Inspired Yoga Workshop (90 min)
This workshop is designed for yoga teachers and trainees who wish to deepen their understanding of the body beyond purely physical anatomy.
Rooted in the science and philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the Five Elements theory, this session explores how energy (Qi) moves through the body and mind.
Rather than focusing only on muscles and alignment, we will explore the body through the lens of meridians, organ systems, and energetic relationships—bridging Eastern Medicine with modern anatomical awareness.
Through a Qi Gong–inspired yoga practice, you will experience how movement, breath, and intention can regulate the nervous system, support organ function, and create deeper internal balance.
Why this is valuable for yoga teachers:
- Expand your teaching beyond physical anatomy into energetic anatomy
- Be introduced to Five Elements–based sequencing principles
- Understand the connection between emotions, organs, and movement patterns
What to expect:
- Introduction to TCM anatomy and meridian pathways
- Five Elements theory and its application in yoga sequencing
- Qi Gong–inspired movement and breathwork
- A grounded, meditative practice to embody the concepts
This workshop is not about adding more complexity, but about seeing the body more holistically—so you can teach with greater clarity, sensitivity, and depth.
TESTIMONIALS
I feel that the training offered a very genuine experience, no gimmicks, a complete focus on exploring yoga at its fullest. This training enabled me to gain a much deeper understanding of the philosophy and history of yoga, how to apply that to my life, and how to embed it within the classes I share as a teacher.

And here I am closing 20 years with Manish Pole, my Yoga teacher, coach, and a friend which makes my yoga journey unique, enriching and has shaped me to be what I am today. Another deeper aspect of his teaching style is the ability to connect YOGA philosophy with the practice which provides context and reasoning to why we are doing what we are doing.

My journey with the Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training began from a deep inner necessity, a longing to find more meaning in life, and a genuine thirst for clarity and inner peace. The online videos offer great flexibility, allowing you to move at your own pace. For me, this meant taking time for reflection and meditation, integrating the teachings rather than simply consuming information.

As a student of the M&YTT programme with Manish, and as someone who's known and learned from Manish over the years, I'm grateful and deeply appreciative not just for the depth of knowledge presented through the course; but also the spirit of enquiry and seeking that is sparked and fostered.
