Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Pre-Paid Service Packages:

- Any unused portions of a pre-paid package may be eligible for a partial refund under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons preventing continuation of services, supported by a medical certificate), calculated based on the value of services already rendered at their standard individual price.
Retail Products
We may offer a selection of retail products for sale at Awaken Wellness.
