Client Responsibilities and Conduct
Health Conditions: You are responsible for consulting with your physician or other healthcare provider before starting any new treatment, service, or wellness program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, or have any concerns about your health. You must inform us accurately and completely of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities before receiving any Services. Awaken Wellness is not a medical facility, and our staff are not medical doctors. Our Services are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all bookings and purchases made at Awaken Wellness.
Respectful Conduct: You agree to treat our staff and other clients with respect and courtesy. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask you to leave the premises if your conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate.
Minors: Individuals under the age of 18 may require parental or guardian consent to receive certain Services. Please inquire with us for specific age restrictions and requirements for our Services. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors in their care while on our premises.
Bookings, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Bookings: Appointments for Services can be made through our Website, by phone, or in person, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. A confirmation will be sent to you upon successful booking.
Payment: Full payment for Services is typically due at the time of service or booking, as specified. We accept various forms of payment, which will be indicated at our center or on our Website. All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Awaken Wellness, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Services or any products procured using the Services, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Services or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility.
Our liability to you in connection with any Service or product purchased shall not exceed the price paid for that Service or product.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be settled by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
Severability
