Eda Güngör is an entrepreneur, mentor, and consultant working at the intersection of embodiment, leadership, community and human relationships.
Long before wellness became a global trend, Eda founded and built Life’n One & SEVA Experience in Dubai; a pioneering holistic center that grew into one of the region’s most recognized spaces for movement, clean eating, and conscious community. What began as an idea was built hands-on from the ground up, evolving into a living ecosystem that touched thousands of people.
Over the past two decades, Eda has trained extensively across a wide range of disciplines and traditions, developing a perspective that integrates inner work with real-world leadership and entrepreneurship.
Today, she works through private mentorship and consultancy, supporting individuals and founders in areas such as identity, relationships, personal authority, and the creation of purpose-driven businesses. Her work often brings together emotional intelligence, relational dynamics, and strategic clarity.
Alongside her advisory work, author of two published books, Eda occasionally offers workshops and Kundalini Yoga classes, continuing to share the practices that have shaped her own journey.

Energetics of Being Seen is a 90-minute masterclass on identity, visibility, and conscious wealth for yoga teachers and spiritual practitioners.
In a world where many teachers are trained in technique but not in leadership, this session explores a deeper question: who are you beyond your certification?
Drawing from her experience as a founder, mentor, and practitioner, Eda explores the energetic foundations of visibility; how identity, nervous system regulation, boundaries, and self-concept shape the way a teacher positions themselves in the world.
Rather than focusing on marketing tactics, this masterclass invites participants to look at the inner structures that determine how they show up, lead, and receive.
Because being visible is not a strategy.
It is an energetic state.
