Elemental Flow is a dynamic and meditative vinyasa practice inspired by the five elements - earth, water, fire, air, and ether - and how these qualities live and move within the body.
Through conscious breath, intentional placement, and fluid transitions, we explore vinyasa as a sacred process of weaving awareness into movement.
The journey is complemented by Sacred Sound - an invitation into the heart through mantra and vibration. Rooted in the yogic understanding of sound as a universal force, this aspect of the practice opens the space for devotion, inner listening, and collective resonance.
Together, movement and sound become a pathway into deeper connection - to self, to breath, and to the shared field of practice.
About the Facilitator
Melissa Ghattas is a yoga teacher, somatic guide, and retreat leader devoted to guiding students back to the wisdom of the body through movement, breath, and sound.
She also works with women through somatic coaching, guiding them in reclaiming their power, self-worth, and innate wisdom.
