  • Starting with Trathaka eye-gazing, Pranayama breath awareness, Mantra affirmation, Yantra visualisation, Dharana concentration and leading one to the state of Dhyana or Meditation.
  • Along the way, we'll learn how Focus is the single-most important factor determining the quality of our everyday thoughts and actions - thereby our life itself!
