Come together in Meditation, letting go of false ideas of Self
Join us for a three-hour morning of movement, stillness, and reflection, centered on letting go of fixed ideas about the self. Through classical yoga, meditation, shared wisdom, and poetry, we create space to observe what we hold onto and gently release it. The session concludes with free movement by the pool and a nourishing breakfast to settle and integrate the experience.
