This immersive, 90-minute session blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern, practical application to help you build a rhythm of consistency within yourself.

- Deep Meditation: A guided visualization and mindfulness practice to cultivate internal stillness and emotional grounding.

How to Prepare
To get the most out of our live session, we recommend setting up your space a few minutes before we go live:
- A yoga mat and comfortable clothing (cotton or athletic wear) that allows you to move freely.
