Held at Hidden Paradise in Bali, surrounded by nature and silence, this 5-day immersive experience invites you to rest deeply, release emotional residue, and realign with what gives meaning to your days.

Itinerary

Retreat Program | 5 Days, 50 Hours
May 27–31, 2026 | The Hidden Paradise, Bali


Day 1–2 | Release
  • Opening circle & intention-setting
  • Breathwork and classical yoga
  • Guided cathartic movement and emotional release
  • Evening meditations and reflective journaling
  • Group coaching and personal one-on-one sessions


Day 3 | Silence & Rest
  • Silent Vipassana-style morning practice
  • Yogic cleansing (shatkriyas) and mindful detox
  • Guided self-inquiry: “What is ready to be released?”
  • Rest and solitude amidst the gardens
Day 4–5 | Renewal & Rebirth
  • Deep meditative practices and wisdom talks
  • Art therapy and creative visualization workshop
  • Conscious movement and ecstatic celebration
  • Closing circle and evening gathering under the Blue Moon

Each day alternates between physical practice, deep rest, and reflective work — designed to restore mental clarity and emotional balance.


Pre- & Post-Retreat Integration

Pre-Retreat (Optional):
We encourage participants to arrive a day early for grounding and rest. Optional cultural immersion activities include a traditional Balinese purification ceremony, local food experience, and village walk around Ubud.

Post-Retreat (Optional):

Stay connected to Bali’s conscious community through Ecstatic Dance, live music gatherings, and healthy café culture an informal celebration of embodiment and connection.

  • Atmosphere: Evenings unfold naturally  conversations by candlelight, time for solitude, and rest under Bali’s open skies

Deposit: USD 500 non-refundable
Balance: Due 30 days before retreat start date

Cancellation:
60+ days before: full refund minus deposit
30–59 days: 50% refund
Less than 30 days: non-refundable
Transfer: You may transfer your spot to another participant upon prior approval

Travel & Insurance
We recommend arriving at least one day before the retreat to settle into Bali’s rhythm.

Travel insurance covering health and cancellations is advised. Visas for most nationalities are available on arrival.
