Who is it for? 

If you are seeking clarity and balance in life, you will benefit from the detox practices, silence, meditation and yoga. Additionally, yoga teachers will gain a 20 hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education certificate. 


What will you gain?

You will learn yogic practices to detox your body-mind by yourself at home; and leave the retreat being able to sit in silent meditation for an hour without the need for guidance. And of course, like-minded friends as well as the option for continued 1:1 coaching.

Day 1: Catharsis & Self-Reflection

  • 9:15am Opening Intention + Silence begins
  • 9:30am Classical Yoga & Pranayama Breathwork
  • 10:30am Vipassana Meditation
  • 11:00am Brunch + Check-ins
  • 12:00noon Who am I? Wisdom sharing
  • 1:00pm Silent, solitary Journaling time + Pool / Rest / Spa time
  • 3:00pm Tea & Snacks
  • 3:30pm Active Meditations: Gibberish, Laughter & Dance
  • 4:30pm Art Workshop
  • 6:00pm Dinner
  • 6:45pm Fire-gazing Meditation
  • 7:00pm Breaking Silence + Sharing Circle
  • 7:30pm Improv, Community fun
  • 8:30pm Rest time

Day 2: Integration in Silence

  • 6:00am Sunrise Meditation + Silence begins
